We cannot just jot down the user action without thinking about the words that could help him navigate through the screens.⁣ ⁣- 📍How do we decide which terms are familiar with the user?⁣ 📍 Is he more familiar with term A or term B?⁣ ⁣- 1️⃣We need to make sure we gather the knowledge of the content before working on the flow⁣ 2️⃣Research their popularity using analytic tools⁣ 3️⃣Lastly validate the if the terms are just making sense to them, or impacting their complete experience in a better way. ⁣ ➡️ At the same time it should also drive results for the business. -
