Personas are fictional characters created to represent different types of people that will use a specific product or service. πŸ‘¨πŸ»πŸ‘΅πŸ»πŸ‘±πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ”§πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’Ό - By: @morejanda - βœ… Personas should include demographics: Gender, Age, Income, Education, Occupation, Brand Affinities, Hobbies, Location, Brief Biography, Job History Background, Family - βœ… Personas should include psychographics: Goals, Attitudes, Worries & Fears, Hopes & Dreams, Interests, Likes, Dislikes, Challenges, Motivations, Behaviors - - Demographics explain β€œwho.” (i.e. β€œwho” a specific target user is.) - - Psychographics explain β€œwhy.” (i.e. β€œwhy” a specific target user will behave a certain way.) - - 1️⃣ Create personas that match each of your target users (usually 3-5). 2️⃣ Give them each a name and a photo. 3️⃣ Make a one page document for each. 4️⃣ Refer to your personas often during your design process.
